Eligibility is an active Cosmic Residency subscription at $99.99 per month. If the plan is cancelled, the portal follows that cancelled status. Property perks are confirmed by the Lina Point front desk at frontdesk@linapoint.com. Write from the account email on the subscription and name the perk.
While the Cosmic Residency subscription is active, your portal includes unlimited AI insights, unlimited dream interpretations, unlimited Ix Chel conversations, and PDF export. That part turns on with the plan. You do not need a code.
Booked separately: A property-guest access code is a different offer: Dreamweaver tools during a stay, handed out by the front desk, without this subscription.
Email the front desk from the account on the subscription and ask them to confirm 15% on a direct booking. The desk checks that Cosmic Residency is active and tells you how to book.
Booked separately: The stay, taxes, and dates that are already full are their own reservation. This checkout does not apply a discount code, and the booking site does not read this subscription on its own.
Ask the front desk which preview weekends are open. When a weekend is offered, they can look at an active resident’s request ahead of the general list.
Booked separately: A weekend, the room, and travel are booked separately and depend on availability.
The member portal does not generate this report, and this app does not send it automatically. Ask the front desk if you are expecting one.
Booked separately: There is no extra weather dashboard inside this app.
There is no community login on magic.overwater.com. The front desk tells you how the current circle meets.
Booked separately: This app does not host a private forum.
There is no retreat RSVP in this app. Ask the front desk about the annual invitation and how to respond if one is offered.
Booked separately: The invitation is not a reserved seat. Travel, lodging, and any retreat fee are booked separately and depend on availability. Dream Alchemy on dreamwalker.overwater.com is a different practice.
Cancel anytime from My Plan while the subscription is active. Confirming cancel stops it with Square or Stripe and marks it cancelled here. Questions about a charge that already went through go to the front desk. This page does not add a refund promise.
Artist Weeks · Retreat Weeks
Artist Weeks and Retreat Weeks include a Magic Cosmic profile for every guest, on every tier. It is your identity and blueprint — the same reading you create here.
Ceiba, the top tier, also includes Dreamwalker. Dreamwalker is not included for every guest. It lives on dreamwalker.overwater.com.
Property guests enjoy full Dreamweaver access at no cost during their stay. Contact the front desk for your access code.
A separate sanctuary
A private, donation-based process for dissolving the false self and returning to who you truly are — through dreams, shadow integration, and nervous system healing. Guided personally by Lorraine.
Dream Alchemy is not a Magic Is You subscription. There is no monthly fee. After Lorraine accepts an application, guidance is donation-based — you offer what feels true.
